$50 Welcome Bonus terms and conditions

1. General terms

1.1. The promotion is valid from 1st of July 2020 until eForexMarkets announces the end of the promotion.

1.2 The Company reserves the right to change the conditions or refuse to grant a bonus at any time.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time

2. Participants

2.1 Promotion is valid only for the new clients ofeForexMarkets. Those who already have an active live account with the company are not eligible for this promotion.

2.2 Only verified users can participate in the promotion. For verification, you should upload the scan of your ID and address proof to the Traders room. The organizer reserves the right to require additional documents for identification.

2.3 Types of accounts involved in the promotion: Standard account.

2.4 Your account’s leverage can’t exceed 1:200.

2.5 The employees of the Company and their families can’t participate in the promotion.

2.6 The participant should read this terms carefully and follow these rules. Ignorance of the terms can't serve as a valid argument when submitting a claim.

2.7 Other promotions of the Company can't be applied to the account participating in this promotion.

2.8 Only a private individual can take part in the promotion.

3. How to receive the bonus

3.1 To receive the bonus you should submit a request to your training/account manager or contact support via live chat/email.

4. Getting the bonus

4.1 Bonus is granted once we receive your email ID and live account details, provided all the required conditions are met.

4.2 Bonus can only be claimed once in a lifetime. The bonus can't be granted twice.

4.3 Bonus funds are credited for 14 calendar days.

4.4 After the 14-day period is over, the bonus funds are deducted and all open positions are closed.

4.5 Once the bonus funds are deducted, only the profit accumulated remains on the account along with any other deposit client has made during the period. Once the bonus has expired, client can resume normal trading activity on the account.

4.6 The Account can’t participate in the investment service, that’s to become manager or investor.

5. Withdrawal of Profits

5.1 In order to withdraw accumulated profits, client has to activate the real account. Client should deposit an amount equal or higher than the profits gained on the bonus account, but not less than $200during 14 day bonus period.

5.2 In the absence of a deposit, profits cannot be withdrawn but will still be tradable indefinitely.

5.3 Profit received from trading with the $50 Welcome bonus cannot be transferred to any other account unless above mentioned withdrawal conditions have been met.

5.4 Partial withdrawal of the profit is impossible.

6. Regulations

6.1 Getting bonus and/or trading bonus funds ON TWO OR MORE ACCOUNTS with same IP-address is prohibited.

6.2 Trading through an anonymous proxy server on the bonus account is prohibited. If more than 5 (five) connections from differed IP addresses belonging to different regions are detected, the bonus will be canceled. If any suspicion of fraudulent activity arises, and/or falsification of client's documents is detected, the client's account may be disqualified and the client may be denied service.

6.3 Multidirectional trading is prohibited in the bonus account. In a case of violation of this term, the Company can cancel bonus and part of the profit earned as a result of the trade on the basis of the proportional ratio of own funds to the client’s profit obtained in the bonus account.

6.4 Affiliate commission isn’t granted for clients trading the $50 welcome bonus.

6.5 Bonus funds are the Company’s property.

6.6If the bonus funds hasn’t been used in 14 days period, it will expire and client cannot request for another welcome bonus.

6.7during the welcome bonus promotion, trading account is not eligible for any other promotions. Client can apply for other bonus promotions once the welcome bonus expires and account has been activated with a deposit

7. Claims

7.1 All claims can be sent to the email: support@eForexMarkets.com

7.2 All claims should include the participant’s name and address, account number and a thorough description of the problem.
